Hello, my name is Tod Brown. And yes my first name is only spelled with one “d.” I like to say my parents ran out of ink before they finished my name! Humor aside, I’m someone who loves helping people grow, communicate confidently, and help handle challenges with calm and clarity.

Im credentialed in ADR, and I have a BA in Psychology and Counseling. More importantly though, I have over 20 years EXPERIENCE in teaching, public speaking, personal coaching, relationship coaching, positive psychology, and conflict management.
My approach is relaxed, patient, and tailored to you. We can design a plan that fits your goals, personality, and schedule, and we can move at a pace that feels right to you.
