About Me
I am a graduate of Yale University (BA) and Brown University (MA) and received my coaching certification from ACT/Brown University School of Professional Services.
Having spent 20+ years in arts, education and leadership/advocacy, I approach coaching with a deep sense of empathy.
I have keen eye for the intersectionality of personal identity and social pressures/traumas for both marginalized and unmarginalized individuals.
I help clients to liberate their self-perception in order to not only see but activate their power and capacity for creating positive outcomes.
My mission is to engage and enable individuals and groups to:
1. Engage with their personal and historical narratives in healthy ways.
2. To explore the ways that a healthy relationship to one’s narrative can open the door to stronger relationships to their own journey/identity as well as the space to be safe and create safe spaces for the journeys/identities of others.
3. To build on those healthier relationships to facilitate healthy discourse and reparative communication practices for families, relationships, work groups, etc.
Reach out and let's discover what's next in your empowered journey.
