About Me

I have travelled the world and worked with housands of people from almost every culture in the last 20 years. Rich, poor, strong, weak, powerful, helpless, uneducated, academics, corporates, dancers, farmers, athletes, soldiers, waiters, homeless, royalty, moms, convicts.

I have been lucky to experience a sample of humanity everywhere in the world and I have learned something from everyone.

The main lesson for my life is that our needs, pains and struggles are founded in the same DNA and we can all understand and relate to eachother at the core of ourselves. That means that we can all contribute to eachother's progress if we take the time to build a safe space and to foster trust.

I have made strong teams from strangers of all ages and calibers and we have build relations and meaning.
I have held mirrors up for those who cannot or didn't want to see themselves.

I have looked at my own image and bowed in embarassement, shivered with shock or glowed with delight and humble gratitude.

Always listening and learning, always growing and dismantling my unconcious biases and obstacles, I am happy to have helped people to step forward, sometimes unknowinlgy. 

Their gratitude and happiness is was what started me on this journey and I welcome anyone to join mem for as long as they need company in theirs.

How I like to coach

I am honest and brave in facing my client's obstacles with them or calling out unseen biases and unchallenged beliefs.

I am also compassionate and empathetic, open minded, informed, humorous, relating and relatable, with a lot of experience, team and people work to tap into.

Coaching

My sessions are typically 1h long but depending on the goals and needs of the client I have, on occasion, tailored sessions in both directions (less than one hour or up to two hours)

The plan and strategy will be agreed upon with the client after a first free meeting of 45 min.

Fee description

The price is for single sessions, however, I advise all clients that coaching is rarely a quick fix, and most benefits are obtained over longer relationship with a coach.
