About Me

I am certified with the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a Master Level N.L.P Coach, Instructor and Practitioner, since 2003, also certified with the National Guild of Hypnotist as a Consulting Hypnotist, since 1997. I have been a substance abuse counselor specializing in women's abuse issues for 10 years. I work with women from a life and education level.  Specializing  in helping women with self confidence and improve self esteem.
Move beyond divorce to create an authentic and meaningful life moving towards  divorce recovery, coping skills, and rebuild your life towards a new beginning. Working with self-image, and stress eating to help women live a healthy active revitalized life.
