About Me
I started learning the cello from scratch at 31, and since the age of 35 I’ve been actively involved in amateur orchestra communities in Japan.
My professional journey began during the global financial crisis, when I faced more than 15 final-stage interview rejections as a new graduate. Over the years, I also experienced three unexpected job losses unrelated to performance — moments that reshaped my perspective on resilience, identity, and possibility.
Since 2008, I have studied and practiced coaching through Communication Training Network (CTN), completing multiple long-term and consecutive programs.
I support people who are navigating career disruption, identity shifts, and cross-border transitions—helping them reconnect with their strengths and design their next chapter.

How I like to coach
My coaching style focuses on exploring "paradigms".
Paradigm definition is something we feel, think, or act upon without ever having consciously decided, stated, considered, or even been aware of it.
What began as inner shifts gradually extended outward, shaping not only individual outcomes, but also the cultures and environments we are involved in.

Fees: from $$130.00 USD USD to $$170.00 USD USDTrial session (career coaching):
• One-time 60-minute session: $120 USD
• A chance to explore your situation and see whether my coaching style is a good fit
• No obligation to continue beyond this session

• 3-session and 6-session options available (details discussed in advance)

• Fees are transparent and agreed upon in advance
