About Me

Thank you for stopping by. I would love to meet with you and chat about your goals in life. I will focus on your strengths, once we get to know each other and I help you find the path that you feel that you need in your life during our time together. 

a little about me ... I am a mother of 2 and a wife. We live in a hobby farm with 2 horses , 3 cows, lots of chickens ( I've lost count), 3 dogs and several barn kitties. Coming home to all of this, is my therapy:)

I have worked in the health care system for many years and now I am a part of the school system as a registered social worker. It's not an easy job, however it can be rewarding most days. 

I have also experienced divorce throughout the years. I am remarried now but it took a lot of hard work before I even felt ready to date again. I am so thankful to my coaches ( yes I had more then 1) for helping me push through the tough things and keep me on track. I knew how to help others stay on track with their goals but I didn't have the strength at that time to keep focus on my goals. 

Now, after many years of self reflection , experience and a new found live for helping people in a different way... I have become a coach. I have been a coach for 3 years ( certified) and have built a business around helping people realize their purposes and passions again.

How I like to coach

I have a very real approach. After 20 years in the helping people field… I have learned that we just want to be treated like a human and not just another client or patient. I will always treat you like a friend!

Offerings

Coaching

I offer one on one sessions, group sessions, team building, resiliency workshops, resources, goal setting, check-ins, etc. This can be done in person, within a reasonable distance from my community, via an online platform, by phone call, or text messaging. I will customize the program to work around you. 

Each session will be 1-2 hours long ( this is up to you) and we will go through some basic questions in order to dig a little deeper in order to get where you feel that you need to be. I am here for you.

Fee description

$120 for a 45 minute session $150 for 1.5 hours!
