About Me

After 15 satisfying years spent living and working abroad, I have returned to Belgium and opened my own coaching practice. I created Bloom because I am taking my own ambition - being a constructive factor in the society- to a different level. I have worked and lived for 15 years in different development countries. I have a keen interest in development and personal growth. The main difference with other coaching practices is that I work with a development-oriented framework, where personal development is at the core. I have an integrative approach to coaching; I work with different international coaching models. As a certified coach, I combine personal experience, gained over the last 15 years, with different coaching models including NLP, enneagram, developmental coaching, and cross-cultural coaching.

Courses

Workshops with emphasis on personal development: Ennegram workshop: the inner journey:In this one-day workshop, the Enneagram model will unfold in a playful manner through the concept of gamification. Gamification makes use of 'game thinking' and 'game mechanics' to explain the Enneagram model. The Enneagram model gives you insights in human functioning and motivations Core Quadrants: The model brings together the key qualities or characteristics of a person or organization and links this to pitfalls, challenges and allergies, as well as the interdependence between them. A New Way of Seeing: is more than a photography workshop. Under the guidance of a professional photographer you learn the technical aspects of photography. Guided by a life coach you explore our own unique ways of seeing the world, cultivate self awarenes, understand and change your perspective to better serve you. The workshops are located, in the ancient city of Genoa.
