Grief Coach helping families and individuals move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence.

About Me

Hello, and welcome. I am a Christian Grief Coach supporting families and individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain during seasons of grief, transition, and change.

My work is forward-focused and values-based, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and take intentional next steps. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, but a collaborative process that emphasizes goal-setting, perspective, and practical strategies for navigating life with greater steadiness and purpose.

My approach blends structured coaching tools, mindset awareness, and faith-informed reflection. I offer a supportive, respectful space where clients can explore challenges, clarify priorities, and move forward at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with their beliefs.

I work with clients who want to:

  1. Reduce overwhelm and regain a sense of direction
  2. Navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence
  3. Strengthen boundaries and decision-making
  4. Reconnect with values, purpose, and hope

My coaching style is compassionate, collaborative, and ethically grounded. I honor clear professional boundaries and encourage clients to seek licensed mental health support when clinical or therapeutic care is needed.

If you are ready to move forward with intention and support, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Results & Goals

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, grieving a loss, or struggling to balance parenting, work, and your own needs. Maybe you know something has to change—but you’re not sure where to start.

I help families and individuals who feel stuck or depleted to regain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence so they can move forward with purpose.

I specialize in helping clients:

Move forward and comprehend next steps for overcoming grief, loss, and managing life transitions

Reduce stress, burnout, and emotional overload

Navigate parenting challenges, especially with neurodiverse children

Improve focus, follow‑through, and self‑regulation (ADHD‑informed)

Set realistic goals and actually stick to them

If you’re tired of surviving and ready to feel grounded and capable again, this work is for you.
