As a medical professional it is important to me to help others to be their best. Using focus, positivity, spirituality, and creativity I find it these characteristics important toassist others. I am retired military and therfore have knowledge of the trasition from active duty to civilian. I have found that it can be quite difficut to adjust and can take years.

As a coach, I will take my time to listen in order to properly assist each client. The amount of sessions will depend on each clients personal needs. 

Fee description

My fee schedule will be determined by the clients needs and the length of time that is needed to assist the client.
