About Me

I am a coach to small to mid-sized professional practices. Lawyers, architects and other professionals sometimes feel like a passenger in their own business. Together, we develop strategic practice management tactics to get them back in the driver’s seat.

Ideal clients are lawyers, architects, accountants, consultants and healthcare professionals at small to mid-sized firms. They are interested in pursuing goals in a strategic and authentic manner.

The basic framework for our coaching discussions is simple and effective. We get clear on goals, flesh out the possibilities and obstacles, then we work our way towards an action plan.

I draw on different tools to allow this to happen, depending on the client's comfort and interest. Role play. Writing scripts. Confict management assessments. And more.
