Robyn Ireland, CPC, BSc (Psychology), is a dynamic Life and Career Coach based in Zeeland, MI, renowned for her empathetic and results-driven approach. With over five years of international experience and roots in Australia, Robyn draws on her rich cross-cultural understanding to empower clients through life transitions and career advancements. As the founder of CareerCOACH Services of West Michigan, she specializes in career transitions, leadership development, and personal branding, assisting over 9,000 clients globally.
Robyn's career coaching is informed by her decade-long tenure in the mental health industry, where she identified the link between executive burnout and misaligned career choices. This inspired her to craft coaching techniques that align careers with personal strengths using systematic methodologies and tools like Behavioral DISC. Robyn's coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone can succeed with the proper support and understanding of their strengths, focusing mainly on mid and late-career professionals.
In 2020, Robyn launched "Robyn's Couch," a platform for those stuck and seeking change in life, career, or relationships. Professional and life experience
Now supporting clients to navigate changes, both planned and unexpected changes, Robyn Ireland CPC, BSc(Psychology) is passionate about creating positive growth through change. She received her Psychology Degree from the University of Wollongong in Wollongong, NSW, Australia after serving as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. And completed her coaching certification with the World Coach Institute in 2020 and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
For the past 20 years, Robyn has resided in Western Michigan where she also studied biomedical ethics at Grand Valley State University, served as an Ambassador with West Coast Chamber of Commerce and served the Australian Expat Community as a passionate lobbyist for the rights of the Australian Expat community. And the proud Mum of some spectacular kiddos that are all on their paths and are quite happy to not have to subscribe to what society pressure. Raising happy, healthy, and loved humans is Robyn’s proudest achievement. And is a passionate Coach for those families who seek support when they are too are faced with the news that a loved one wishes to step out of the conventional roles and gender assignments.
