As your coach, I aim to help you become the best version of yourself! Perhaps you want to excel in the competitive dating world or meet your soulmate. You may want to form more meaningful friendships/relationships, professionally and personally. Or perhaps you want to look better on the outside and feel better and healthier on the inside. Perhaps you procrastinate more than you produce. These are examples of effects that I've helped many clients overcome.  I am a Certified Life and Personal Development Coach, with over 10 years of direct client-coaching experience and 20 years of corporate leadership experience. I believe in the work that I do, I love the work that I do, and I love making a positive difference in the lives of others,

How I like to coach

My Coaching Style often vacillates between, Mindful Coaching, Holistic Coaching, and Solutions Based Coaching. I don't favor one over the other, yet I usually find myself representing one or all 3 syles, at any given time
