About Me

I am a certified Professional Life coach and NLP CANADA Master Practitioner for 5 years and have experience in coaching in person and online. Coaching is a way to develop and maintain strategies that gives  confidence in order to create the best opportunity to achieve their goal. Coaching helps you to consciously identify the attributes and skills already available to you so that you are able to reorganize them into useful patterns that can be easily accessed.Coaching can help give new perspectives, gain new insights, generate new ideas and identify opportunities to learn new skills and behaviours that will be more useful and produce the desired results.  All of these principles rely on effort and energy to be successful and a mindset that is focused on steady, small changes that leads to lasting growth.

How I like to coach

I mainly work online through zoom to coach clients comfortably in their space. I work from a coaching plan that is co-created with the client but leave room for discussing any topic that may come up during the session. My style is conversational and supportive however be prepared to handle difficult topics and widen the view of possible solutions. Sessions are one hour long and I engage with clients on weekdays between 1 pm and 8 pm.  When you are ready give me a call for a free 1/2 hour consultation.

One hour private coaching sessions, during the hours of 1pm to 8pm Monday to Friday.

Coaching packages for Mindfullness and Manifestation that include; 3 to 6 hour full coaching session schedule to fit your schedule.

Fee description

Hourlly Coaching - CDN $150.00 per one hour session.

Monthly Coaching -CDN $100.00 per hour for two (2) online sessons every month.
