About Me

I became interested in helping families grieving once I lost my brother the summer after graduating High School. He was sick for almost my entire senior year of High School. I felt this was a “message” but I wasn’t sure how to go about it. I delved deep on the idea of grief and how to process it. 9 years after my brother passed away my mom got sick and we had 2 weeks to say our good byes.

What I learned with the passing of these important people in my life is that no one prepares you for the death of a loved one. We all know we will die eventually but it will always feel too soon. When we learned my mom was sick and she was passing away I had just moved into a new apt, was accepting a new job and had to travel to Colombia to say goodbye. Life felt hectic and the worst part was that I had no idea what I wanted from her before she passed away. Now that I think about it I would have liked for her to write me a letter for when I get married, or for when my kids are born.

Life has taught me a lot but what I feel confident about is what I want to be here for:

Nobody teaches you about Grieving
There is not a right or wrong way
Grieving is a constant in your life
Grieving is a very lonely process because we all grieve differently
You shouldn’t have to grieve and process this alone

Coaching

We will work together to get you to what you want to go. I will create a personal plan to find your balance after a loved one passes away, or help you gain clarity of what happened and how to move forward.

In the case that you are preparing for the death of a loved one, we will work together to understand feelings and feel “prepared and at peace” with saying your goodbyes.

Whatever the situation is that you are managing, we will work together on it.

Fee description

The first 20 minutes consultation is free

If you are a student I charge $50.00 per hour

Professionals are $100.00 per hour 

20% discount if you pay 4 hours.
