About Me
Nicole is the founder and Executive Director of Coaches 4 Life. In 2003 she realized that too many individuals, businesses, and families were being damaged or lost due to poor life-cycle habits and breakdowns in communication! At that time Nicole also realized that too many financial opportunities were being lost, due to a lack of individuals and businesses, engaging in healthy relationships! Therefore, she decided to change careers and become an entrepreneur, in order to pursue Nicole's passion for seeing individuals improve their lives and to see small to mid-sized businesses thrive--no matter what the industry!  Along the way Nicole has remained married to her college sweetheart, for over 20+ years, and obtained dual certification as a Marriage & Relationships Coach. Nicole learned the principles of Marriage & Relationship Coaching not only to enhance her own life, but for the empowerment of other's lives as well! Nicole is also a sought after public speaker, community activist, education rights advocate, and health/wellness promoter. While not working, she enjoys being with her family and preparing "truly" nutrition home cooked meals. Nicole is a native of New York City, is fluent in English, and has an intermediate working knowledge of Spanish.Coaching with me

I use the Prepare Enrich model for coaching couples into more meaningful and functional relationships. Prepare Enrich is "evidence" based and it is one of the most widely used assessment tools that continues to adapt to the reality of relationships today.Offerings

Coaching
One-on-One Coaching, that is tailored to meet a client's individual needs, is done in person, via telephone or video conferencing. Email and text message follow-ups are included in most packages.Courses
Groups are offered on a periodic basis and spaces are limited. Group coaching adds to the effectiveness of each session and the camaraderie, created by group members, usually lasts years past the end of the group sessions!Experience, Certifications & Training
