About Me

I am affectionately known as Netty, I consider myself a woman of faith with a divine purpose. Having experienced some major challenges early in my own life, I managed to find the strength to overcome and gain back my power. My desire now is to help others to do the same, feel equipped and empowered to overcome life’s difficulties and in turn help them on their way knowing that they too can live and love life.

I have combined my many years professional practice experience in as a Registered Social Worker, Ordained Pastor, Counsellor and Business Coach to undergird my training, coaching and public speaking, as a result my sessions have been said to be ‘insightful, passionate, transformative and motivating’.

My specialities lie in money mindset, business coaching for new coaches and entrepreneurs,  restorative justice, social work, parenting, mindfulness, personal power, trauma recovery and emotional intelligence to name a few. I like to educate individuals through clear, interactive and invigorating coaching, mentoring or training whether one to one or in group settings. I also supports goal-setting, personal growth, and behavior modification of my clients.

How I like to coach

My coaching style is unique in that clients have told me that I am supportive, direct and motivating and i seek accountability. This helps them to connect with me personally and build trust as well as know that they will be pushed into achieving their desired goals even when they have lost momentum or are having down days.
