How I like to coach

My coaching appeals to rational thinkers, who wish to analyze their position based on data and building organizations based on strong people-management competencies. I will develop your financial/technical management skills and assist you to activate your emotional intelligence, in order to achieve your business goals. Your regulatory environment, which includes legal and tax considerations for your state, may significantly impact how you structure your business. Our discussions will match your strategic goals with the real possibilities offered by your market. We may identify obstacles, some of which may be personal to yourself, in which case, we will investigate personal issues more deeply. Where possible, I use psychometric assessments as a basis for uncovering hidden limitations and developing your personal strengths. All discussion have a purpose and must result in implementable change, for your personal growth and business success.

Fee description

I live in magnificent Cape Town, South Africa where the cost of living is significantly lower than Europe, North America and even South America. For this reason I am able to offer you competitive hourly rates. Our culture is also flexible, people-centred and rooted in an atmosphere of business development. Rates will vary between $30 and $50 hourly. If larger projects are required (eg. writing up your strategic plan, developing comprehensive financial projections etc.) then we can discuss affordability and delivery. Flexibility will make your business dream possible.
