Passionate About Leadership

Melissa's passion for leadership was ignited at a young age by her parents, and crystalized during her eight years' service as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.  Melissa believes everyone has leadership potential and that self-examination is a foundational life skill.

Never one to settle, Melissa thrives on a challenge.  She regularly sets ambitious mental and physical challenges for herself and encourages her clients to have big goals.  Melissa believes that true growth happens at the edge of our comfort zones.  She relies on discipline and makes an important distinction between liking the idea of doing something versus truly wanting something (being willing to do what it takes to get there).

Growth Program:

$3,500 paid in full or $640 monthly

Seekers Group:

1 hour once per month

3-month initial commitment

$100 monthly

Maintenance Program:

45-minute private coaching session
