How I like to coach

I use a particular model that supports the idea of neuroplsticity. Its a big word to describe how we will work together. 1. We will work on creating new behaviors and ways of thinking or speaking 2. We will focus on how you want things to be and look not the way it used to be 3. We will work on how to maintain a state of conscious awareness around all that you think, say and do. 4. We will learn how to pay attention to the changes you want to make in your life. All these are powerful tools to effectively and efficienlty change the way your life/busines looks now.

This can be done via telephone or in person. Session packages come in 4, 6 or 8 sessions, spread out over a time period of the clients choosing.

Courses

I create groups based on a similarity in goals or skills to be learned. The topic and group dynamics determine the length the group stays together.

Professional and life experience

I have over 15 years experience coaching accumulated in the business, corporate and non-profit sectors. My coaching began as a volunteer with a personal development company. I still volunteer coach through Coach Approach. They offer coaching for people in any of the "helping professions". I also sit on the Board of Directors with three other organizations.
I moved on to take formal training with Coach Inc. When I finished their curriculum I went through their certification exam process and then International Coach Federations certified exam process. I am currently working on achieving Master Certified Coach: the highest level of certification.
I currently work with my own client base as well as with Spearhead Executive Cocaching. I do contract work with them dealing with executives and C-suite level employees.

Fee description

Fees: from $80.00 USD to $200.00 USD
Group coaching is $80 for a minumum group size of five. One on one coaching is $200 for a 45 minute session. Packages of: 4 lends itself to a 10% discount per session 6 lends itself to a 15% discount per session 8 lends itself to a 20% discount per session In person sessions include travel expenses Non-Profit organizations are charged a flat rate of $80/hr for any type of coaching or training. Training costs include documented prep time. Coaching groups will be charged $80/hr with maximum group sizes of 8. The same discount rates apply to coaching packages.
