About Me

All my adult life I’ve passionately worked on spreading hope about the power of our minds and how we can change anything we wish. Professionally, I’ve been drawn to leadership and teaching professions and consider myself a life student of the changing human experience. Over the last 20 years I’ve developed a specialised skill-set in identifying and resolving limited thinking and the behaviours that go with it (victim-thinking, hopelessness, addiction, procrastination, anxiety, boredom, anger, frustration etc.).

I know first hand what it’s like to wander off the beaten path, learn the hard way and do anything to escape my reality. By the time I was 29 I suffered from a firmly established life-threatening eating disorder, alcoholism, a serious drug addiction and a string of broken relationships. I lived and breathed the saying “once bitten, twice shy” and hid from myself and the world via many devices. I had a long “dark night of the soul” that lasted more than 10 years from my late teens to my early thirties.

My saving grace was my uninhibited curiosity with the mind and it’s hidden abilities. In my early teens, before it was cool to be a self-help apprentice, I poured myself over books by Anthony Robbins, Dale Carnegie and Alan Watts. What finally brought me out of my unconscious state was discovering Neuro Linguistic Programming and I quickly becoming qualified in what would become my way out of addiction, escapism, self-loathing, lack of direction and low self-esteem. Today I am free of all addictions, have a very healthy marriage, enjoy healthy self-expression, am physically at my best and passionate about my career.

• I teach to seek within oneself the intelligence of your own discernment as to the way it may best navigate this world. This is unique to each individual.
• I won't proselytise: convert or attempt to convert (someone) from one religion, belief, or opinion to another. I will only offer service where requested.
• I offer personal empowerment with a loving approach where I am sought and needed.
• I offer self-empowerment towards self-motivation and personal evolution without rescuing. I assist without violating free will.
• I teach that there are no shortcuts to personal evolution, it cannot be taught or achieved with rituals or formulas.
• I share evolutionary information, inspiration, love and experiences that may spark further exploration of self.
• I offer unmitigated and straight-forward compassion.
