Dr. Maiysha Clairborne is an Integrative Physician, Coach, Thought Leader, and Master Trainer in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis. Founder of Mind Re-Mapping Co., she helps leaders, coaches, and healthcare professionals create transformative results in their lives and in the lives of those they serve by helping them overcome internal fears, limiting beliefs, and self-limiting behaviors. Dr. Clairborne’s expertise in trauma-informed communication emphasizes the power of the mind and language in shaping our reality, enabling individuals to master their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors for impactful change.

Her coaching, trainings, and dynamic keynotes elevate conversations around conscious communication, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety in relationships, organizations, and communities. A graduate of Emory University, Dr. Clairborne earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital. She has spoken at TEDx Asheville and has served as a faculty facilitator for the ACGME’s Equity Matters Project. Dr. Clairborne is the author of The Wellness Blueprint, and co-author of Conscious Anti-Racism.
