About Me
Lauren Kane founded Simply Essential Life, the coaching practice for women. After leaving six years with a venture capital firm, working solely with female entrepreneurs and 20 years in the corporate world, Lauren knew she had to follow her heart and live her dream. Her dream was to become a Coach, but she still wanted to work with female entrepreneurs so why not combine the two? Out of that SEL was born. Lauren brings her business, venture capital and entrepreneur experience to her clients. Coaching
One on one sessions over the phone or zoom. A discovery session is usually an hour to an hour and a half. Standard sessions are 45 min. Commitment for clients who sign on is at least 3 months. A 3 month commitment means 3 sessions a month, unlimited email and text, one 10 to 15 min quick check in during the month if something comes up.

Fee description
Fees: from $30.00 USD to $250.00 USDFees are based on the needs of the client. Engagements are typically for 3 or 6 months. There is a discount given for a six month commitment. Starting in Oct, I will be starting a continuing education program giving a SIGNIFICANT discount for a six month commitment. More then 75% off my regular rate.
