About Me

Kyla obtained her Master's in Social Work leading to over 12 years working in the clinical field. During this time Kyla came to realize the constraints of therapy prevented her from providing a service people are seeking; that of discovering an inner peace of living a life of their true self. Each individual needs to be seen as a fellow human on a journey to find their personal truth.

Life is not always easy and the wishes of the dandelion aren't always obvious. Having a coach accompany you is a way to look outside of the box and allows one to achieve personal and professional growth. Guided by scientific, evidence based approaches, nothing is out of reach.
