About Me

Having 10+ years of life coaching experience, Life Coaching with Kimberly provides all clients with professionalism before, during, & after each session. Potential clients are contacted before the initial session & provided with all of my contact information, in case of any future emergency. To ensure that clients receive the absolute best, Life Coaching with Kimberly requires that all clients are to complete a New Client Intake Packet before the initial session. Clients will engage in a series of life-building exercises during the time of session, as well as during his/her daily life. When you think about being happy in life, what comes to mind? Are you finding it difficult to begin the journey to your happiness? My name is Kimberly and I am here, not only to be your life coach, but also to be your support system. I want to be that person that you can call on whenever you need someone. Whether it’s to update me about any recent accomplishments, have a nice laugh after a rough day/week, or just to simply chat. During our sessions together, my clients will participate in various activities to cover any and all areas. I also provide clients with other day to day exercises to ensure that all goals towards a better life will be reached! In 2012, I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Liberal Studies with an Emphasis in Music Performance & Music Theory, from Middle Tennessee State University. I became a Certified Life Coach in 2015, after having years of previous experience from close family friends & mentoring for Big Brother Big Sister. During our sessions, we will engage in a series of exercises to make you comfortable during our time together & even more confident about reaching your goals outside of the sessions. I am a very confidential & easy-going coach that can ensure that all goals, in which you set, will be accomplished.  I am also available for anyone that has a child that is of special needs in the home or within the family, and would like to have a support coach as well. Helping to raise my younger brother, whom was born with a form of autism/ADD/ADHD, I have a true understanding of the difficult times that may occur. Through several methods of music therapy, I was able to teach and help my brother to learn many things (school work, counting, reading, etc.). Life Coaching with Kimberly can guarantee that all communication & sessions will be strictly confidential. In case of any emergency, clients can contact me at any time. Coaching

One-on-one coaching. Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 2 or more hours per client. First session will clarify information listed in the New Client Intake Packet, goals, confidentiality, & additional new client referral discounts. We will also clarify number of sessions and cost, payment alternatives and session location. Sessions are also available via phone.

Fee description

Fees: from $35.00 USD to $1500.00 USD
Half hour sessions begin at $35 per client. Hour sessions begin at $60 per client. Relationship/couple sessions begin at $100 per hour. Monthly/yearly packages are based upon the number of clients that will be participating in the sessions.
