About Me

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. As a military veteran of 17 years and a dedicated coach for the past 5 years, I have a unique skillset in the areas of leadership, personal development and goal achievement. Having traveled around the world, I have been able to distill the common thread that defines success in humans. As a practicioner, not a theorist, I have been able to apply these principles to my life and have created a methodology that produces repeatable results. My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel deep fulfillent and transition from having potential to having accomplishment.

How I like to coach

I coach powerfully through a no-nonsense, "nowhere to hide" approach of self exploration. We get real about what the root causes of the problems or obstacles are and then we take a sledge hammer to each of them. I am all about exponential growth and results that can be measured.

Professional and life experience

I started as a military member, evolved as a personal trainer, found myself as a Drill Sergeant and grew into an Executive Coach. I have served 2 tours of duty in Afghanistan, served as ceremonial Honor Guard for Presidents George W. Bush and Obama, developed more than a thousand civilians into military members, led dozens of teams at the mid-high management level, worked team development and organizational change projects for higher education institutions like Tulane University and have helped countless business owners and freelancers achieve their goals, develop as leaders and live more fulfilled lives.

Fee description

Single coaching calls: $200 per hour

Coaching engagements:

3 months: $2,400-$4,500

6 months: $4,800-$9,000

12 months: $9,500-$20,000 - Executive 4D plan
