About Me
"Play" has always been where I feel most alive, whether through movement, creativity, or connection. Originally from Austin, the adventurous culture of Denver stole my heart and gave me roots. Soon, I'll be splitting my time between Denver and traveling abroad, which was a lifelong dream finally come true! I especially love being outdoors, and laughing with the people I care about. I believe we all crave that sense of freedom and lightness, and I’m passionate about helping others rediscover their own version of play as a path to healing and wholeness.
My healing background is in working with adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, disordered eating, chronic pain, and anxiety or depression. I specialize in trauma and its effects on the nervous system, sense of self, and relationships.
I know finding a coach can feel overwhelming. I bring warmth, humor, and realness to the process. I’d be honored to support you and I'd love to chat if you reach out for a free 15-minute consultation!

Results & Goals
What goals do you want to achieve? Tell me about it during our free consultation! I have extensive experience helping people get results, and chances are, my approach can help you too. I've witnessed miraculous changes in people, including but not limited to:
• Emotional Relief: Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity, leading to a calmer, more centered state. Start getting out of bed with less dread, sleep more soundly, respond instead of react to triggers, and feel more at peace in your daily life.
• Enhanced Self-Connection: Develop a deeper awareness of your inner self, fostering increased self-esteem and confidence. Speak up for yourself more easily, set boundaries without guilt, stop second-guessing everything, and feel more aligned with who you really are.
• Physical Well-being: Alleviate physical manifestations of trauma, such as chronic pain, through somatic practices. Experience fewer headaches, digestive issues, muscle tension, or fatigue; feel more energized and present in your body. Even do that tough workout program you've been hesitant to try!
• Improved Relationships: Cultivate healthier connections with others by enhancing communication skills and emotional intelligence. Stop repeating the same patterns in dating, attract healthier partners, feel more emotionally available, and communicate your needs clearly without shutting down or exploding.
• Renewed Purpose: Discover a greater sense of motivation and clarity in your life’s direction. Return to creative passions, change careers, start dating again, or finally act on that idea you’ve been sitting on—because you’re no longer stuck in survival mode.
How I like to coach
I believe in embracing the full spectrum of human experience. I don’t coach people to bypass their emotions or push away their pain. Instead, I give clients tools to turn toward the parts of themselves that feel messy, stuck, or misunderstood because that’s where real change begins.
Together, we'll strategically build trust with these inner parts instead of staying trapped in the exhausting cycle of trying to outrun your past. When we learn to work with ourselves, not against ourselves, we uncover a surprising kind of freedom—one that makes room for wholeness, rest, resilience, and even play. In my work, I primarily use brainspotting: a powerful, body-based method that allows us to access and process what’s beneath the surface. I integrate brainspotting with inner parts work and other somatic modalities to support deep lasting change. It’s the most profound and effective healing tool I’ve ever had the privilege of sharing.
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor, creating space for deep self-connection and healing. I can handle your human messiness. And more importantly, I know you can too.
Bring your weird, your wounds, your whole damn self.
Offerings
Coaching
I do 50-60 minute coaching sessions as frequently as the client desires. These sessions are for whatever you feel is most important. The most effective tools I offer are Brainspotting, parts work, and other trauma modalities that use deep emotional processing all while I help you co-regulate. The time could also be spent providing tangible life skills, such as assertive communication skills, conflict resolution skills, emotional regulation skills, grounding techniques, and other wellness tools. I also often provide homework suggestions and recommendations for other resources to continue engaging in personal growth between sessions.
Want to go deep, fast? My intensives are designed for people ready to clear blocks, reconnect with themselves, and create real momentum. I offer single day or half-day intensive coaching sessions. It’s focused, somatic, and transformational.
If clients would like a briefer check-in between scheduled sessions, they can reach out for support at a prorated rate as needed.

Professional and life experience
My passion for helping people heal comes from my own journey with chronic pain that began early in life. I’ve always found joy in being active, moving my body, and spending time outdoors. I played college soccer, then did Crossfit for several years, accompanied by the usual adventures that people seek in Denver (hiking, skiing, etc). But over time, I became more aware that those joys were overshadowed by an overactive fight/flight/freeze/fawn response and unexplained pain.
Even after becoming a very young therapist in my early twenties, I noticed that I still felt stuck in old patterns, and so did many of my clients. It wasn’t until I began to understand how trauma and emotions are stored in the body, and how healing happens on those deeper somatic levels, that things began to shift. Finally, some of my unexplained pain started to make sense! As I applied this understanding in my own life and practice, I watched both myself and my clients experience profound change: Not just mentally, but physically and emotionally too.
While I’ve listed a few favorite trainings above, it is not an extensive list of how I can help! I have spent my professional and much of my personal life learning and integrating new approaches that give people real hope for lasting transformation. My own healing has brought me back to joy, motivation, and a deep sense of self-compassion. By learning to work with my internal parts, rather than against them, I’ve rediscovered what it means to feel alive. I love helping others do the same.
