About Me

I chose to become a coach for my own healing. I have learned techniques,  tools and the ability to regain peace. I  want to share this healing with you. As a grief coach i viscerally understand the pain you are in because I also had to say goodbye to my own daughter, as well as my husband, much too soon. Come journey with me through your grieving process and together we will find the rainbow that gives us hope for our future.

How I like to coach

I make space for clients to tell their story and be a witness for their. pain. I help them get in touch with their feelings and validate them. I also empower them to release guilt and heal old wounds.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client.  Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific topics related to the six needs of the griever as he/ she embarks on a grief journey. They are, having your pain witnessed, honing the ability to express your feelings, learning to release the burden of guilt, to be free of old wounds, to integrate the pain and the love and to find meaning in life after loss. Other coaching services include values clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining models of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
