About Me
As an Organizational Psychologist and Master Coach I'm on a mission to make good leaders exceptional leaders.
I've spent the last 20 years working with leaders across the globe and have had the privilege of working with over 1000+ leaders during this time.
I've worked with the likes of Deloitte, Virgin, Nestle and Coca-Cola to name just a few, and this has provided me with a unique insight into the difficulties that leaders face and the real things they struggle with.
My lifework is to help leaders overcome the unhelpful beliefs, behaviours and habits that are holding them back, so they can become the exceptional leader they're capable of being.

Are you working diligently to become a successful leader, but still not getting the results, rewards and sense of accomplishment you want?
So many smart and hardworking leaders get stuck and struggle to be effective at senior levels – even if they’ve been successful previously.
You work harder than everyone else and achieve great results, but your contribution doesn’t get recognised, you get passed over for promotion or don’t get selected for that high profile secondment.
You’re reluctant to speak up in meetings (you don’t want to sound like an idiot or a know-it-all) or if you do talk people don’t seem to pay attention and listen.
Perhaps you don’t advocate for yourself, overthink things, struggle to let go of set-backs, or hesitate at critical moments when negotiating or making decisions.
But you’re not used to failing, so you double down on what got you where you are today – hard work, diligence and going the extra mile. Perfectionism, over-delivering and a desire to please kick into over-drive...
And all the while, you can’t quite shake the uncomfortable feeling that perhaps your best isn’t quite good enough. At any moment you could be revealed as incompetent or incapable. Do you really deserve to be in this position?

But lo and behold, all these diligent efforts don’t work because you’re focusing on the wrong things. You don’t need to demonstrate greater competence. You need to demonstrate greater confidence.

As a Coach, I’ve seen this scenario play out all too frequently. Of course the details are different for everyone, but the common theme is that the leader is getting in their own way, and they don’t even realise it. Or if they do realise it, they’re at a loss at what to do differently – so they just keep ploughing on, doing what they’ve always done.
My lifework is to shine a light on the real beliefs, behaviours and habits that are holding you back and help you get out of your own way.

Offerings

Coaching
Coaching is offered in blocks of 6 sessions, which take place either weekly or fornightly, depending on the client's preference. Sessions are typically one hour long.
Breakthrough Coaching is 4 x half days, and takes place over a two week period.
