About Me

Hi, I am Jeanita L. Sykes.  I am a Professional Life Coach, Life Transformation Coach, and Business Coach.  I am a recovered addict of 17 years.  I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and Addiction Counseling, Masters in Business Administration, and have managed my own business since 2003.  I have worked successfully with people who struggle with life issues as a minister, recovery peer, and consultant since 2001.

How I like to coach

I take a collaborative role in your success.  I provide you with the tools to succeed, develop a plan of action, and celebrate with you as you reach each goal.  I help you discover your dream and reach the goal of achievement.

Coaching

I will work one-on-one with you.  We will have weekly 30 minute to 1 hour conference calls, with personal directives, exercises, and goal management.  

Courses

I offer both short courses and group coaching to help you achieve your goals.  Short courses allows you to work at your on pace, in a private format.  I will follow up with you each week and discuss each course objectives, outcomes and answer any questions you have.  Group coaching consist of the same materials, but allows you the oportunity to collaborate with like-minded peers and share in your process and journey.  Follow-ups will be delivered in a group format, conference call.

Fee description

One-on-one sessions start at $157 per week with a 30-min video/phone session and online collaboration. Minimum sessions are 3 weeks. 

6 Week one-on-one coaching with weekly   45-min coaching session via video/phone and online collaboration, $597 prepaid discount.  

Group sessions start at $77 per week with one 45 min video/phone group conference call a week and online collaboration. Minimum sessions are 6 weeks. 

6 Week group sessions with weekly group 45 min video/conference call and online collaboration, $397 prepaid discount.  

Weekly payments are due the Friday prior to the beginning of next weekly sessions.
