States of Bliss is more than just a coaching program – it’s a core component of my Soul Purpose. For me, these practices have served as a blueprint to happiness. They are a portal to a better life and full alignment with all your heart’s desires.

After years of struggling with addiction and unprocessed trauma, my physical, mental, and emotional health finally collapsed. Little did I know these painful experiences were necessary in order for me to grow. In fact, they were my greatest gifts.

As a certified health and life coach, I am committed to guiding you on your personal journey towards self-love, holistic well-being, and inner transformation.
