About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Jake, and I’m a Certified Life Coach living with cerebral palsy. Because of my own journey, I know how important it is to have support that is accessible, flexible, and understanding.
I specialize in working with people who are navigating disability, mental health challenges, and personal growth goals. My coaching is non-clinical, empathetic, and practical — focused on helping you discover your strengths, set meaningful goals, and create strategies that truly work for you.
My mission is to make coaching available to anyone, regardless of circumstances. That’s why I offer pro bono coaching sessions

Results & Goals
Clients who work with me often experience:
- More confidence in their abilities and strengths
- Better tools for managing stress and challenges
- A sense of support and encouragement in their daily life
- Clearer goals and steps toward reaching them
- A stronger belief that they are capable of moving forward
My goal is to empower you to feel heard, supported, and motivated — while reminding you that progress is possible at your own pace.
How I like to coach
I primarily coach off-platform through my own secure platform , I also provide support via email because I believe written communication gives space for reflection and thoughtful replies. It also ensures coaching is fully accessible and flexible.
Over time, some clients choose to add video sessions once we’ve built trust. When that happens, I use a communication device, and I always explain how it works so you feel comfortable and confident in our conversations.
Above all, I coach with compassion, patience, and collaboration. I meet you where you are, and we work together to create steps that feel realistic, supportive, and empowering.
