About Me

My coaching style is unique and open minded. I have led a varied life with the usual ups & downs. But being positive is what keeps me determined to knock down whatever challenges life throws my way. My career has to all extents been a successful one bearing in mind I left School with no qualifications. Partly due to a inferiority complex that held me back. I started my career in retail at 16 in a busy supermarket which gave me more confidence. I was a store manager at 23 which was a fantastic achievement for someone like me. I have managed small & large teams of staff & was a staff trainer later in my career. If you are still reading this then I guess I am trying to say never give up & try to be positive. I hope to be privalidged to offer you my services as a coach so together we can help you to turn over a new leaf and overcome whatever barriers you feel are holding you back.

About me and my coaching services.

To be a life Coach in the UK you require no formal qualifications what so ever. However I feel it is important for a successful coach to hold qualifications to enable clients to feel their coach has undergone training. One thing to clarify though is I will not coach you if you need counseling or therapy treatment etc. I am not qualified to support people with these types of illness. You need to speak to a medical professional.

With al clients I offer a complimentary 30 minutes discovery session. These sessions are important for both of us to see if we are a good match. Rapport and trust are key to successful coaching sessions. During this informal session we will cover the basics and the agreement between us that we both adhere too. dont worry I try keep these formal bits interesting but they have to be agreed. Then if both feel happy we can plan your journey with me by your side to help you find the new you.

How I like to coach

I offer a range of coaching products, each tailored to the unique needs of my clients. These sessions are confidential and strictly between you and me.

Each session lasts around one hour and can be scheduled weekly or monthly. Punctuality is important, as other clients may be waiting after your session.

At the end of each session, I will set you some work to take away and complete before the next one.

If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can reschedule. Unfortunately, if you fail to show up without notice, you will lose that session without credit or refund.

All sessions are online via zoom invites sent from me to you. You will usually pre-book sessions in advance through the system and receive receipts for your payments. Every client will be sent a welcome pack by email outlining the services being offered. sessions are normal an hour weekly / monthly. The welcome pack will include:

An agreement between you & me.

Client personal details form.

Overview of the planned sessions.

Coaching questionnaire which clients complete ahead of the first session. This will need to be sent in advance of our meeting.

Action plan will be agreed at the end of each session for you.

Professional and life experience

My career todate has provided my with such a diverse range of skills which have enabled me to support others who feel they are being held back either in their personal life or in their career. I have a strong learning & development background gained through the various jobs that I have had. Responsible for managing staff in a variety of sectors and gaining qualifications tl train and develop managers.

Fee description

The fees provided are a guideline and will be confirmed with you before coaching begins. We are also working on introducing discounts for clients who book multiple sessions; further details will be shared soon. For Corporate group sessions prices are negotiated dependant on size.
