One of the things we specialize in is restoring what Sigmond Freud called the Eros, the creative life instinct and force within you. This concept of a creative force behind one’s drive to life can be manifested in many ways. At the core of it, however, is re-discovering your personality and remembering how to be yourself. I'm sure that sounds bizarre, someone helping me learn how to be myself, when I am already myself? It is much more intricate than it sounds, however, and there are many layers of ourselves that we can learn how to tap into. Modern psychology often utilizes the term “self-actualization” in this regard.

Be it a 12 step model, Smart Recovery, Refuge Recovery, or any other system that is going to move the client towards a fulfilling future, we are able to help. We want the option of relapse to begin seeming less and less appealing as the client progresses and moves on.
