Coaching

I offer both an entry single session and an ongoing 6month commitment for weekly sessions! if there is anything else you would prefer we can do that as well!

Courses

I am going to be starting a group session centered around the book "the tempest tales" geared toward a self-critical look on how societal expectation affect your own self talk. We will use that as a catalyst to discuss our own self talk and if that is a justified negativity. 

Fee description

Of course the sessions you see listed include discounts, but I offer a sliding scale. Wellness and a need for assistance happen to everyone. If you think you simply can not afford my services please reach out, I may be able to work with you.

My weekly sessions are $60 per session (after discount), and while I offer an introductory $40 single session(after discount), I will not accept multiple single sessions at that rate, again exceptions may be made for income.
