About Me
Do you struggle with self-doubt, a critical inner voice, or putting others’ needs before your own? I help adults build lasting self-worth, confidence, and healthier relationships — with themselves and with others, and feel more at ease in life.
People with low self-worth often struggle with critical inner dialogue, unpleasant emotions, tendencies of putting other people first or avoidant behaviours like procrastination or unhealthy lifestyle choices.
I help people discover who they truly are, gain clarity about the roots of self-doubt, strengthen confidence, navigate relationships more easily—without guilt or self-criticism, and meaningfully relate to life itself.
I hold a PhD in psychology and have six years of experience supporting clients in 1:1 settings, alongside nearly a decade of delivering group workshops in psychology, meditation, and well-being.

How I like to coach
Alongside standard psychological techniques and practical coaching principles, I integrate mindfulness-based methods and, where appropriate and desired, deeper meditative practices such as theta meditation to support insight and clarity.
All of my coaching areas are connected to central themes of strengthening self-worth, emotional awareness and healthy communication in relationship with others.
My goal is to help people understand their inner dialogue, provide them with tools for dealing with their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and teach them effective communication strategies.
My greatest reward is to witness how much my clients have grown, showing qualities like empowerment, confidence, calmness or authenticity.

Fee description
Fees: from $$110.00 USD to $$1,320.00 USDI offer the following coaching services:
- Free intro call (15 minutes)
- Individual session (60 minutes): $125
- Package of 6 sessions (60 minutes each): $690 ($115 per session)
- Package of 12 sessions (60 minutes each): $1320 ($110 per session)
Most clients choose to work with me over several sessions, as building self-worth and confidence is a gradual, integrative process.
The sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
