How I like to coach

I like to get to know my clients so I can understand how they think. I use active listening and empathy to try to understand their perspective. I also like to ask a lot of probing questions and use interactive activities to help identify issues and help my clients come up with the solutions necessary for them to tackle any issues they may face.  It is also important for me to hold my clients accountable so I touch base with them as often as possible to check on their progress and well-being.
