About Me

As a Human Resources Professional of over 13 years, I've been involved in strategic planning, performance objective setting, performance management, and all the things.

After becoming a leadership coach, I realized that the successful ways that companies plan to achieve their objectives aren't being used to get the lives we want.

We put so much effort into action planning, measuring progress and staying accountable at work but when it comes to ourselves we simply hope things turn around or think we know what we want but just don't know what steps to take to get there.

With authenticity and a conversational tone I bring this strategic action with a collective approach to coaching clients. I strive to create a safe zone where you feel safe to open up and we can really dive into what you want.

My collective approach: Every aspect of us is intertwined: the balance of work and home, relationships, our passions and responsibilities all influence how we show up every day, no matter what's on the agenda. Finding the balance that works for you, understanding what you want to achieve and how you want to show up for it is key in any challenge or topic I engage in.

How I like to coach

My style is very conversational, I strive to create a safe space for us all to be authentic and open so coaching is more effective. Personal and professional growth might not always be roses and rainbows but I hope to inspire clients to fuel their motivation to have what they want in work and in life.

Coaching

I offer 1- hour sessions that can occur for the length and cadence that we explore and agree on. I offer virtual services across Canada. 
In addition if you are in the Peterborough area I offer select clients, an in-person session called Walk and Talk on a local trail in the area.

Fee description

Packages available:

Individual sessions are $125  per session which includes a free 30 min connection call prior to your first session. 

3 session packages are $500 which includes a free 30 min connecation call pior to the first session. 

If you would prefer to have a longer engagement, we can discuss the details via a discovery call. 

All coaching clients receive a complimentary Focus Calming Dough and a customized code for 10% off any product on my website for the duration of your coaching engagement.
