About Me

I am a wife, mother of 3 and step mom of 4 boys...yes, boys. All boys. Aside from being extremely busy with life, my husband and I have had our fair share of medical problems. We continue to fight through some of those. It is with the scars that we hold from these experiences in our lives, that I have made the decision to commit myself to helping others find their hope again. After all, that is what makes the fight worth it in the end. Helping others. I look forward to seeing how I can help you!

I meet clients where they are, and find our where they would like to go. I then work with them to set, reach and maintain goals that will eventually lead them to success.

How I like to coach

I coach by listening with intent and asking the right questions. I don't know the answers for you, but I know how to ask those questions that will get you to answer your own questions. I then provide accountability to ensure that you are making the steps planned to get where you want to go.

Private coaching clients are met in person locally to increase the mentoring relationship.

Courses

This would be a good of friends and peers getting together on a conference call 2 times a month for about an hour to have open dialogue and accountability to help each other reach their goals.

Professional and life experience

As I said, my husband and I have gone through broken back, tumors, cancer, heart attack, bi-polar disorder, depression, diabetes, etc. Some of these things we continue to battle with every day. However, one of our core principals come from Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you hope and a future." Every morning, we continue to fight looking forward to that future.
