About Me

I’m a researcher/designer-turned neurodivergent coach passionate about helping other late-diagnosed or self-discovered neurodivergent people navigate relationships and careers with authenticity and confidence. Diagnosed later in life, I understand the challenges of balancing self-discovery with societal expectations and have made it my mission to support others in thriving beyond labels.

ICF-Certified and with MA in cultural studies, my coaching focuses on helping clients build meaningful connections, gain career clarity, and cultivate self-compassion. Together, we identify actionable strategies to break through barriers, align with your values, and create a life where you feel empowered to show up as your full self.

How I like to coach

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and personalized. I value transparency, open dialogue and creative problem-solving, tailoring each session to your unique needs. By blending curiosity, practical tools, and a focus on growth, I guide clients to uncover their strengths and navigate challenges with intention and resilience.

I like designing our session together depending on your needs. For instance, if you prefer texting I offer a a shared document or a texting service, we can have voice calls or messaging. I also provide recording of our session if you prefer so. I also provide tailored resources and follow up questions/check-ins for my clients.

Coaching

I also offer a 90-minute deep dive Pivot Forward session with 2 weeks of texting support via Voxer. If you are more comfortable typing/writing, we can also continue coaching via a shared document or texting.

Professional and life experience

I have an ICF PCC level training and an MA Degree in American Studies, with BA in Translation and Social Sciences. I speak English and Turkish as well as some German.

Fee description

Apart from one-off sessions (60 and 90 minutes), I also offer 3 months coaching program (2 sessions per month and texting/emailing support throughout) for a monthly fee of 180 euros.
