Meet Your Coach: Elexus Liggins is a Women's Empowerment Coach for More Than A Void.
She's incredibly passionate about empowering heart-centered and impact driven women, especially women of color so that you can start living THE soft lives of ease and start experiencing your dream life like yesterday.
She's the creator of "Blissful Alchemy Program" which is her 6 months signature coaching program for women of color who are ready to live a soft life of ease to break free from a life of struggle. Not only is she seasoned in evolving on a personal level as she has solidified her core values, life purpose, and role in community. She doesn't just preach what she teaches, she lives it too..she's proud to be a child-free, sober AF', & a neurospicy woman (most likely undiagnosed autistic & ADHD).
Her philosophy about life is that our general life purpose is to simply enjoy the human experience to the fullest yet in moderation, our primary purpose is to live in accordance to our own principles and lifestyle, and to also be contributing members of society by fulfilling our unique roles that we love.
She serves all women however, her content does have a major focus on women of color as that is her primary audience. Elexus's soul like clients are heart-centered and impact driven women of color. General life coaching services are exclusively for non-colored women.

How I like to coach

I like to be an empowering and compassionate coach with my clients,this is your space for you to experience care. I will be providing support, guidance, and empowerment.

Over here with me, our work together will only be real and vulnerable. You will have the opportunity to express your most authentic version. If you have not been able to show your real side, this is an opportunity to begin practicing what that looks like. Just as much as we will celebrate your wins, we will reflect on your slight pitfalls. We will encounter topics that challenge our beliefs, thoughts, and patterns and you will be able to explore that in a safe space.

Our work together will be solution-oriented which entails actively giving you that gentle nudge and simple action plans to keep you moving towards your goal. You will feel so much better realizing that eliminating and working through the invisible barriers between you and your best life

Additionally, I have a framework that I have used myself which will be something we can build upon or specifically handle per section. My framework is "4 Pillars to Success," S - Self - Support - Sisterhood - Systems. 

Most of our work together will fall within the self section when it is about who you are and who you would like to become. Everything else is the intersection between you and others whether it is your own small support or sisterhood. Finally, when I mention systems I am talking about the larger things at play that are out of our control like patriarchy, misogyny and any misery that comes from systems like these. 

I'm here to help people build the life of their dreams so, that they can live it today. I don't believe in relying in an ever-changing and unpredictable future- be in the best relationships, environments, and opportunities today. If we build on improving so we can live better, we will eventually live our best.

The best way to do my work is by embodying care infrastructure, providing gentle support, and encouraging the people I work with from a community oriented lens.

I believe in intersectionality, collaboration, empowerment, interdependence, sharing, and love.

That's what the type of world I want to live in so, my clients and partners will embody those values as well.
