About Me

I'm a Swiss/American executive coach, writer, mother, pilot, student of Shotokan karate, pianist, dog and coffee lover. Born in Chicago and raised in Monaco and in Newport, Rhode Island, I now live in Switzerland, sharing my time between Gstaad and Lausanne. Fluent in English, French and German, I am familiar with multiple cross-cultural lifestyles. My business experience includes running a weekly newspaper, serving as a consulting strategic planning team member at a German bank and as a logistics manager at a Swiss-based media software company. I am an award-winning author of articles in local newspapers in the USA, Switzerland and on the internet. Believing that continuous education, self-reflection, growth and change are necessary for personal development, I look forward to supporting my clients while they move forward with their goals and dreams. I coach in three languages (English, French or German) in Gstaad or Lausanne or on Skype, by phone or by Google Hangouts.
