As an introvert myself, I know what it's like to be stuck in someone's friend zone.   I know the pain and anguish of doing everything "right" in a relationship, only to get dumped out of the blue.

Until I figured out how to approach my relationships differently, I was constantly frustrated and confused.

How I like to coach

During our coaching sessions, my goal isn't to become your best friend. Your friends mean well, but often their advice is misguided or they give you fear-based advice. My goal is to push you past your comfort zone so you can start to experience growth and transformation in your life.
