About Me

Coach Crissy Heineman recieved her diploma as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner specializing in Clinical Hypnosis, Lifestyle Coaching and NLP in 2016 from the Southwest Institute of the healing arts.  She recieved her license in Massage therapy in 1996.  Guiding clients through bridging the gap of where you are now to where you want top be personally and proffesionally.

Other areas of coaching- She is passionate about is Dreamwork.  She believes setting intention, incubating and journaling dreams is very transformative.  Guiding clients through various exercises in efforts to bring the unconscious/ subconscious to the conscious mind to bring awareness to unresolved issues to be worked on and healed.

Coaching

One on one coaching sessions-  First session is a clarity session setting expectations and intentions for the upcoming series of sessions.  Customized package of sessions are created based on client needs.  Each session is about an hour to one and a half hours long.  Celebrating past triumphs and accomplishments, creating a mission and plan based on client needs, releasing obstacles, establishing boundries, creating a new empowering mindset to successfully exectute an action plan.  Review of previous sessions and celebrate excellence in achievements.  Stetegic intervention strategies, hypnosis, spirtual guidence and other holistic modalities.

Courses

Online Group Clinical Hypnosis and NLP sessions can be done for a variety of reasons. Examples:  Weight loss, stress management, smoking cessation, dreamwork ect...

These sesssions are a great start in understanding the subconscious mind for the great resource that it is.  Learning how to quite our thoughts allows are subconscious to be open and receptive for new and positive changes to occur. 

Fee description

An initial 15- to 20 minute clarity session is FREE.

1 single session of Clinical Hypnosis combined with Coaching is $250.00.

Series of 2 or more sessions will be determined based on amount of additional sessions needed.
