About Me

For more than twenty years, I have worked as a health coach, both face-to-face and online, with clients worldwide. 

I have always lived a life of health, fitness, and wellness. I have played sport at a high level and competed in multiple ultramarathons worldwide. I don't have a back story of being out-of-shape and then losing lots of weight and getting a ripped physique, but I have coached, helped, and supported hundreds of people to achieve just that. I am someone who likes to succeed. That means any client I take on and coach, I will work tirelessly until they have achieved their desired health goals.

W.I.S.D.O.M. is a comprehensive health coaching program designed to recalibrate your habits, daily routine, and mindset. It will help you develop the discipline and resilience required for long-term health success.

The W.I.S.D.O.M program stands out by focusing on building consistency to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Success comes from developing the right mindset—one that is resilient, persistent, and unshakable when faced with challenges.


After 25 years of coaching, I’ve seen that the key to long-lasting results is the ability to implement fundamental health habits consistently. 


These core habits are the foundation for success, whether your goal is to lose weight, improve fitness, increase strength, or prevent chronic illness as you age.


Here are the five fundamental habits of the W.I.S.D.O.M program:


  • Eat only natural foods
  • Engage in daily challenging exercise
  • Stay hydrated by drinking only water
  • Maintain a consistent sleep schedule
  • Build mental toughness


These habits form the backbone of the program. While more advanced habits can help, without mastering these fundamentals, your chance of long-term success diminishes.


The W.I.S.D.O.M program operates on a 28-day cycle, where you aim to achieve at least 80% consistency in applying these habits. Daily, you’ll receive:


  • natural food meal plan
  • A daily workout (equipment or bodyweight-based)
  • Sleep, hydration, and mental toughness tracking tools


You’ll also track your progress using a personalized habit-tracking app. 


At the end of each 28-day cycle, we will review your performance and adjust your plan for the next phase—either introducing new habits or reinforcing the fundamentals to continue your progress.


By mastering these key habits and sticking to them consistently, you’ll build the foundation needed to achieve your fitness, weight loss, and health goals.

How I like to coach

My coaching approach is a very client-centred one, placing each client's goals, wants, needs and desires at the heart of my coaching. I have only succeeded in my own life and business for so long because of the success of my clients. If they are not successful, then nor am I.

 By having a very personalised coaching approach, my clients feel that I will work tirelessly in helping them achieve the goals they want and believe in what they want to achieve. 

For any coaching to work, there needs to be a very honest and trusting relationship between the coach and client. 

 So instead of just providing coaching that is generic and like most of what is being offered, I work with only a small group of clients at a time, so I can provide the time and commitment as a coach and that is what I believe each of my clients need to succeed.

My coaching approach is to help you become more resilient and stick with the habits, actions, and behaviours to achieve lasting change in your health and wellbeing. Each coaching session will focus on what specific actions you can take to follow the proper diet, the most effective exercise routine, and lifestyle plan. Outside of each coaching session, we will stay in touch to help you stay consistent and on track with the personalised plan we create for you.

Courses

It's not about knowing what to do, it is about your ability to implement what you know. This is known as health wisdom. My coaching course, The W.I.S.D.O.M Program, has been designed to help anyone who is struggling to stay motivated and consistent, build a resilient mindset so any goal or outcome, no matter how challenging, is achieved. The program works on a 28-day repeat cycle and can be followed up to a year, depending on your goals and commitment.

- $125/per month (daily coaching support & access to program)

- $199/per month (daily coaching support & access to program, personalised diet, exercise & lifestyle plan, plus one coaching call per month)

- $315/per month (daily coaching support & access to program, personalised diet, exercise & lifestyle plan, plus weekly coaching calls)
