About Me

Hey! I’m Chloe. I’m a Certified Life Coach and CBT Practicioner. I’m here to help people on their soul’s journey to overcome ancestral wounds so that they can free themselves from pain and suffering. 

Since I was at rock bottom and completely turned my life around, I have learnt what it means to thrive. Through years of implementing new rituals and working on myself to change my behavioural patterns, I have mastered my mind and discovered my purpose, I’ve attracted financial abundance, I’ve travelled to over 20 countries (sometimes solo!), I found the love of my life, I’ve attracted incredible people and opportunities into my life, I’ve optimised my physical and mental health and most of all, I have a deep sense of fulfilment. I’m telling you this because I’ve been through crippling depression and anxiety, I’ve suffered and endured a lot of pain, and I discovered that even at the lowest point, I could still completely turn my life around. So it means you can too. This is what drives me every day to help people thrive, to uplift them and help them start living the life they deserve full of freedom, fulfilment and abundance.

How I like to coach

I like to coach people where we have a relationship based on equality, respect, openness, trust and fun!

First, we start off with a consultation to get crystal clear on the client’s goals, and discover what their blocks actually are. I like to get to know each other, build rapport and give you the best possible insight as to how we will proceed. 

In our coaching sessions, we will dive into the root of your blocks. This gives a lot of clarity. We have an equal chance to speak and listen to one another. This is a space to feel seen and heard. I always want the client to feel as comfortable as possible, I openly share my own relevant experience if it helps them, and I establish action steps at the end of each session which are aligned with the client’s goals

I offer support, accountability and the right balance between challenging the client and nurturing them.

Coaching

2019 already has an amazing energy of action and change. I’m so excited to experience this journey of soul expansion we’re on together.

55 minute 1:1 online coaching sessions with me via Skype/Zoom (3 sessions for the Bronze program, 6 sessions for the Silver Program and 10 sessions for the Gold Program)
