How I like to coach

I like to coach over the phone. My style is relaxed, and compassionate. I believe that you are already whole, and that you have all of the answers within. My joy is when my clients have those aha moments from the work they do with me. I find that letting the client discover the answers with a few great questions, an action plan and being your accountability partner has made my coaching successful.

Coaching

I work with women and men who struggle with finding the relationship of their dreams and those who want to heal the relationship with their current partner. If a couple wishes to work with me, I coach them separately because each of them needs to be heard separately from their partners so that they can do the work that is necessary to heal their relationship. It is highly effective. Self-esteem plays a big role in how you move forward in relationships. I always meet the client where they are at during any session. Sometimes, a client will need more assistance, so I offer them the opportunity to check in occasionally outside of our sessions, so that I can be their sounding board. It's an intuitive journey with my clients. Some of the tools I use to help them are An online Values and needs Assessment tool. This one takes about 45 minutes for the client to complete. It is highly accurate and helps me to see where I can serve my clients best. Self-talk work Forgiveness Learning to set healthy boundaries Recognizing Mistaken belief systems and learning how to shift that thinking Using the law of attraction for those who want to experience how powerful it is
