About Me

I enjoy helping others get unstuck in aspects of life that held me captive for a long time. Married to a narcissist and feeling so locked in to a life that was unreal made me wanna die.

Eventually, courage kicked in and I moved out and at some point away to start a new life. Here I am 3 years later, unstuck, a zest for life and a wonderful home with a person I love.

New beginnings are possible for anyone who has the courage to jump in. A leap of faith in who you are is all you need and I say this, because it was all I needed and I took so long before realizing that it was a necessary step for me.

I did the work and I found renewed faith in who I was and still am. Then, I developed the courage that was locked away so long to step out into MY LIGHT, MY LIFE.

How I like to coach

I am personable so I like to be present as much as possible. I prefer personal, private coaching but I do online and classes as these are tools I use to attain greater goal potential with clients

Coaching

In these sessions we will awaken the inner being, the one who needs to be heard, needs to heal, needs to be focused.

I offer assignments that need to be completed on time and assignments that we do together.

I also offer to listen and be objective, no judgement, in order to understand how to assist you as my client. I would need you to do the work, same as with anything else in your life, BUT MORE DEDICATED. This is your life, your time and your obligation to yourself.

I need your commitment and promise that you will do what is required in these assessments and assignments in order to reach your full potential.

Do the work and achieve every result that and outcome you desire.

Courses

Short courses, these you can do on your own and submit to me for review and then, we will see how we can relate this to our target/goal.

Group coaching is your option. I will make this available by inviting you to selected classes, if it is in your goal stream and it is your choice to sign up.

Fee description

Fees are discussed in the confidentiality contract that you sign. It is clear and concise based on your needs and what you desire to achieve.

However, there is no refund on retainer fees paid and, remember that if you do not do the work, you are still liable for the invoice.
