About Me
Bodessa attended Metropolitan State University of Denver where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and later attended Regis University where she earned her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management / Organization Leadership. As a champion for people, Bodessa is fully invested in initiatives that promotes empowerment, success and well-being for everyone she encounters. She spent most of her career in Human Resources, Leadership and Professional Development., along with over 20 years experience as a Mental Health Counselor.
As a Wellness enthusiast, she decided to pursue a career in what she’s truly passionate about, Health & Wellness. As a Health & Wellness Coach, she walks alongside her clients pushing them to be the best version of themselves, while embracing their journey along the way.
Her passion and desire to promote and nurture the growth and success of women, is what led to the creation of an initiative that encourage, promote and celebrate women from all walks of life, who are in various stages in their transition. She is passionate about all things Wellness and from this passion, Self-Care Dare Denver LLC. was born.

One-on-one Coaching plans
90 days, 6 mos. & 9 mos. Programs
Customized coaching plans to meet your specific needs. We focus on teaching and supporting you to become self-sufficient by observing your unique responses to lifestyle adjustments and choosing behaviors that work for you, in the long term. Because your concerns, obstacles, physiology and goals are unique to you, so is the program we will design together.

12-Week A New-Start to Wellness
Twelve (12) 30-45 minute sessions
(Available online & in-person) (Group & Individual Co-Horts)
In this 12-week program where you will learn your numbers, understand how the body function and change the mindset that contributes to those unhealthy behaviors / habits, drop the weight, build muscle and build confidence.
Each week you will get new information and assignments to keep you focused on your journey. You will have community support, group support and individual support to get new ideas, stay on track or just to hear a positive word.

I offer a discovery session to all clients regardless of the package / service purchased. This allows me to get to know you and you get to know me to determine if there is a coaching need.
A la carte coaching sessions are pay as you go.
- 60-75 Minute Quick Decision Session / Maintenance Session $75 per session.
- This 60-75 minute session allows you to check in to discuss an important decision or brainstorm with a coach.
