I'm a coach with 25 years of clinical psychologist practice and education. I prefer the coaching model because it focuses our work on results and outcomes, and not diagnostics and processes. It also allows me to be more accessible and responsive in ways that the healthcare field does not. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you get the results you want.

Results & Goals

I focus on an agreed upon target outcomes in my coaching. We develop plans to reach those outcomes beginning in the first visit. Techniques, strategies, plans, interventions are all drawn from 25 years of clinical experience and put into practical immediately usable form.

How I like to coach

I'm active and directive in my coaching. I'm also accessible. Everything we discuss I summarize in a follow up email and schedule a midweek call for follow up and any adjustments to the goals and outcomes we need to make.

I focus on 1:1 visits for Life, ADHD, and PTSD issues. I also do relationship coaching with active plans for communication issues, emotion management, and other issues.

In 25 years of clinical psychology practice, I've seen where therapy fails. I've seen where I would have been more proactive and directive and been more accessible than the Doctor frame allows. Coaching flips the model of personal growth and understanding upside down. Coaches focus on outcomes, not processes. Coaches focus on strengths and skills, not diagnoses. And coaches focus on your immediate goals and directions, not long painful past processes and events.
Let's get to work now on helping you meet your goals. And as an aside, my dog Chick is my coworker and attends all my face to face visits.

Fees: from $125.00 USD to $150.00 USD

I can be flexible with most fees. My rates range from 25/hr to 150/hr depending on ability to pay.

Best Counselor I've Ever Had

This guy... I've tried so many counselors, therapists, "shrinks", whatever you'd like to call them... He's the only one ever to naturally gain my trust, listen to me attentively and offer real practical solutions. He'll even cater to your budget because he cares more about helping you than simply being paid unlike many other therapists who take your money for a therapy hour filled with "and how does that make you feel?..."
