Offerings
Coaching
We will work on achieving milestones on your leadership journey as well as address the everyday challenges of being a leader and manager. While a part of Arudia’s leadership coaching services, the goals are yours – you use coaching time to focus on your most urgent challenges. Anne will help you to better understand and leverage your own leadership style and problem-solving style as you navigate colleagues’ problem-solving styles or leadership styles. We will support you in using coaching skills and the Win-Win Conversation Model.
All coaching is confidential. The sessions are typically 30-minutes long (or an hour if you prefer). You will meet with either Anne Collier or Cynthia Shaffer every couple of weeks by Zoom or phone – whatever frequency and time works for your schedule. They offer an optional coaching intake package to help you clarify your goals for the coaching and for them to get to know you better.
